Description
The Office of the Convenor, Centralised Selection and Appointment Committee (CSAC)-cum-Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patna has released the results of the Upper Divisional Clerk (UDC) Grade-III recruitment exam. Candidates can now check their results on the official website of Civil Courts, Patna.
This recruitment drive is being conducted under Employment Notice No. 01/2022. The written examination was held on May 18, 2025, and the interview round will take place from September 8 to September 20, 2025. The published notification also includes category-wise cut-off scores, vacancy details, the list of shortlisted candidates, and interview dates.
Interview Schedule And Centres
The interviews for qualified candidates will be organized at the following venues: East Champaran (Motihari), Saran (Chapra), Vaishali (Hajipur), Darbhanga, Madhepura, Purnea, Bhagalpur, Saharsa, Nawada, Patna, Gaya, and Buxar.
Reporting and document verification: 8:00 AM
Interview commencement: 10:00 AM
Candidates must download their Interview Admit Card from the Civil Courts Patna website by September 5, 2025. No admit cards will be sent via post or other means.
Disqualified Candidates
Alongside the results, the committee has published a list of 15,084 candidates disqualified due to the presence of personal identification marks (such as name, phone number, or address) on their answer booklets. This violated instruction number 5, which prohibits any such markings.
Documents Required For Interview
Candidates appearing for the interview must carry their original documents along with self-attested copies. The required documents include:
Printed Application Form and Interview Admit Card
Valid photo ID proof
Mark sheets and certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Graduation, and higher qualifications
Computer proficiency certificate
Caste and domicile certificates
NCL certificate (for BC/EBC categories, FY 2021–22)
EWS certificate (FY 2021–22)
Freedom fighter ward certificate (if applicable)
NOC from employer (if applicable)
Two passport-sized photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer
Any other documents mentioned in the application form
Note: Candidates belonging to the Tanti/Tatwa community must submit both SC and updated EBC certificates, with an NCL certificate issued after August 12, 2024.
