Description
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the timetable for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II), 2025 on its official website.
According to the schedule, the examination will be conducted on Sunday, September 14, 2025, in two sessions:
Mathematics: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (300 marks)
General Ability Test (GAT): 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM (600 marks)
Candidates who qualify in the written examination will move forward to the SSB Test/Interview, which carries 900 marks.
Key Details About UPSC NDA, NA (II) 2025
The examination will consist of objective-type questions only.
Question papers will be provided in both English and Hindi.
Questions will be based on the metric system of weights and measures where applicable.
Use of scribes, calculators, mathematical or log tables is strictly prohibited.
This recruitment drive is being held for 406 vacancies in the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy.
Admit Card And Next Steps
The UPSC NDA & NA (II) Admit Card 2025 will be made available around seven days before the examination on official website. To download the admit card, candidates must log in using their application ID and date of birth.
If any candidate does not receive the admit card or communication regarding their candidature, they should immediately contact the commission either in person or through the UPSC helpdesk at 011-24041001.
The Commission has emphasized that:
No candidate will be permitted to appear for the exam without an e-Admit Card.
After downloading, candidates must carefully verify the details on their admit card and report any discrepancies to the UPSC.
Final admission to courses will be determined by eligibility as per educational qualifications and the preferences provided by the candidates.
