Important Guidelines
Only candidates who have successfully filled in their choices are allowed to lock them.
It is mandatory to manually lock choices before the deadline; otherwise, the system will automatically lock the last saved preferences.
Once the choices are locked (either manually or automatically), they become final and will be considered for Round 1 seat allocation.
