The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the tentative vacancy list for SSC CGL Exam 2025 on its official website.
This recruitment drive will fill 14,582 vacancies for Group B and Group C positions across various Ministries, Departments, Organizations, Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and Tribunals under the Government of India.

UR (Unreserved): 6,183 vacancies
SC (Scheduled Caste): 2,167 vacancies
ST (Scheduled Tribe): 1,088 vacancies
OBC (Other Backward Classes): 3,721 vacancies
EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 1,423 vacancies
SSC CGL Tier-I Exam 2025 Details
Exam Dates: August 13 to August 30, 2025
Exam Type: Objective, Multiple-Choice Questions
Languages: Questions will be available in English and Hindi (except for the English Comprehension section)
Negative Marking: 0.50 marks deducted for every wrong answer
Subjects Covered: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension
Important Note: There will be no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking of scores at any stage of the exam.
