The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has opened the form correction window for the 2025 recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees (CRP PO/MT XV) and Specialist Officers (CRP SPL XV). Candidates who have already registered can now review and update their application forms by visiting the IBPS official website.

A non-refundable correction fee of ?200 is applicable for making changes to the application. This fee does not apply to updates linked to DigiLocker data. Once paid, the correction charge cannot be refunded or adjusted for any future examinations.

To make corrections, candidates should follow these steps:

• First visit official website.

• Now click on the relevant link.

• Log in using your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.

• Make the necessary changes (except Name, Email ID, or Mobile Number).

• Pay the Rupees 200 correction fee.

• Download and save the updated application form for reference.

• The edit option will be available only once during the two-day correction period

• The final date to submit changes is August 1, 2025

According to IBPS, “Candidates will be permitted to modify and re-submit the corrected application form only one time during the edit window.”

IBPS has clarified the rules for category modifications:

• Applicants who initially chose General (GEN), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), or Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer (OBC–NCL) may switch among GEN, EWS, OBC–NCL, SC, ST, or PwBD.

• Those who originally selected SC, ST, or PwBD can only make changes within their respective category group.

Note: Details like Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number cannot be altered. Candidates are urged to carefully review their application before submission, as only one correction attempt will be allowed.
