Delhi University’s Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) has released the first cut-off list for admissions to B.A. (Programme) and B.Com courses. Applicants can now check the list on the DU official website.
According to the list, Miranda House has the highest cut-off for B.A. (Programme) History + Political Science at 85% for General category candidates, followed by 75% for OBC, 70% for SC, ST, and PwD, and 75% for EWS. Hansraj College holds the second spot with cut-offs at 81% for General, 74% for OBC, 71% for SC and ST, 70% for PwD, and 74% for EWS candidates.
For B.A. (Programme) Economics + Political Science, Miranda House again tops the list with 85% for General, 70% for OBC, 68% for SC, 65% for ST and PwD, and 70% for EWS candidates.
In B.Com courses, Miranda House has set its cut-off at 82% for General, 76% for OBC, 72% for SC and ST, 76% for EWS, and 71% for PwD candidates. Hansraj College follows closely with 84% for General, 75% for OBC, 70% for SC and ST, 75% for EWS, and 70% for PwD candidates.
Admissions Begin July 29, 2025
As per the official notification, online admissions based on this cut-off list will commence on, July 29, 2025.

It is also noteworthy that Delhi University has released the second round of seat allocations for undergraduate admissions under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-UG) 2025. According to a PTI report, 87,335 students have been allotted seats across various colleges and programmes. The second list accounts for newly vacated seats and fresh preferences, offering thousands of students another chance to secure admission in their preferred courses and colleges.
