Description
The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Telangana has released the Round 1 seat allotment result for the TS POLYCET 2025 counselling. Candidates who participated in the counselling process can now access their allotment status by logging in through the official website.
Although the Round 1 allotment results were initially expected by July 4, they were delayed and have now been officially declared. Along with the result announcement, the counselling schedule has also been revised.
Fee Payment And Reporting Dates
Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must complete the fee payment and online self-reporting between July 15 and July 18, 2025, via the official counselling portal.
TS POLYCET 2025 Exam Overview
The Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) was conducted on May 13, 2025.
The results were announced on May 24, 2025.
The exam lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes and included a single paper covering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, based on the Class 10 (SSC) level syllabus.

Seat Reservation Details
Under the current admission guidelines, 85% of seats in each course are reserved for local candidates from the Osmania University (OU) region, in line with the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, as amended. The remaining 15% of seats are open to all candidates.
