• Sikkim demonstrated the most balanced development, with only a 5.5-point difference between the top and bottom districts.

• Tripura also showed consistent results across districts.

• In contrast, Nagaland and Mizoram revealed broader score disparities, suggesting the need for targeted support within those states.

• 93 districts showed improvement under Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3).

• Assam's districts made strides in Zero Hunger, Quality Education, Clean Water and Sanitation, and Decent Work and Economic Growth.
