Description
The Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited (BSPHCL) has released the admit cards for the Technician Grade 3 recruitment examination. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download their hall tickets by visiting the official website. A direct download link is available on the homepage.
To access the admit card, candidates must log in using their application number or login ID along with their date of birth.
Exam Schedule And Mode
The recruitment examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
The test will be held across seven districts from July 11 to July 22, 2025.

Key Exam Day Guidelines For Candidates
Exam Pattern
The test will consist of 100 questions.
There will be no negative marking.
Duration of the exam: 90 minutes.
Reporting Instructions
Candidates must arrive at the examination centre as per the reporting time mentioned on their admit card.
Late entry will not be permitted once the gates are closed.
Candidates will only be allowed to exit after the test concludes.

Dress Code and Prohibited Items
Wearing shoes or high heels is strictly not allowed.
Items not permitted inside the exam hall include: Watches, books, printed material, or paper bits, Electronic devices like mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, cameras, calculators, storage gadgets, etc.
Violation of these rules may lead to disqualification and even legal or criminal action.
Stationery & Equipment
Candidates are allowed to bring only a blue or black transparent pen.
Rough sheets will be provided at the exam centre and must be submitted after the exam.
Security Measures
The exam centre will be under CCTV surveillance.
Frisking procedures will be followed before candidates are allowed entry.
Attendance will be recorded using IRIS scanner-based biometric verification.
