The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially opened the online registration process for the recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO) under CRP SPL-XV for the year 2025–26. Eligible candidates can now apply via the IBPS offcial website. The recruitment drive aims to fill 1007 vacancies across various public sector banks in India.

Eligibility Criteria For IBPS SO 2025
Nationality
Applicants must fall into one of the following categories:
Citizen of India
Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before January 1, 1962, intending permanent settlement
Person of Indian origin who migrated from countries like Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Vietnam, etc., intending to permanently reside in India
Note: A certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India is mandatory for candidates under the above categories (except Indian citizens).
Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025)
Minimum age: 20 years
Maximum age: 30 years
Candidates must have been born between July 2, 1995, and July 1, 2005 (both dates inclusive)
Age relaxations apply to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and other reserved categories as per government norms.
Application Fees
Rupees 175 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates
Rupees 850 for all other categories
Fees are payable online only.
