The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has officially released the registration schedule for the MAH-BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM (Additional) CET 2025. Candidates who are interested in applying for this supplementary examination can view the complete schedule and updates on the official website.
Registration Timeline
The registration window for the additional CET will be open from June 12 to June 20, 2025. Applicants must complete their submission within this period to be eligible for the examination.
Background And Reason For Additional CET
The original MAH-BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM-CET 2025 was conducted between April 29 and April 30, 2025, and the results were declared on June 4, 2025. However, a section of candidates were unable to appear for the exam. Following several requests from affected candidates, parents, and educational institutions, the State Government approved the conduct of an additional CET to ensure equal opportunity and fairness in the admission process.
Eligibility Criteria For Additional Exam
The State CET Cell has outlined the eligibility for appearing in the additional entrance test:
Candidates who missed the original examination conducted on April 29 and 30, 2025.
Candidates who already appeared in the initial exam can also apply for the additional CET. In such cases, the higher percentile score between the two attempts will be taken into account for the admission process. Applicants will be required to upload the mark sheet reflecting the better percentile on the centralized admission portal.
