Description
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially issued the notification for the Combined Hindi Translator Examination 2025. Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the SSC's official website. The deadline to apply for the examination is June 26, 2025, and the last date for online fee payment is June 27, 2025.
The application correction window will be open from July 1 to July 2, 2025, allowing candidates to make necessary changes to their submitted forms. The Computer-Based Test (Paper-I) is scheduled to be conducted on August 12, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualifications and age limits, which are detailed in the official notification. It is advised to review the eligibility criteria carefully before applying.
Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of two papers:
Paper-I: A Computer-Based Test with multiple-choice objective questions.
Paper-II: A Descriptive Paper, to which candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in Paper-I and according to their category.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rupees 100/-.
Exempted Categories: Women candidates, SC/ST candidates, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and eligible Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the fee.
Mode of Payment: Fees can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay).
Deadline for Payment: Online payments must be completed by June 27, 2025.
Important Note On Negative Marking
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer in Paper-I. Candidates should answer carefully to avoid penalties.
