The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has commenced the registration process for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) II and National Defence Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) II Examination 2025. The application process began on May 28, 2025, and interested candidates can apply through the UPSC official website.
Introduction Of New Online Application Portal
This year, UPSC has launched a revamped Online Application Portal to simplify the registration process. The portal comprises four key modules:
Account Creation
Universal Registration
Common Application Form (CAF)
Examination-Specific Module
The first three modules can be completed at any time, while the examination-specific form must be filled during the application window specified in the official notification.

Application Fee
CDS II Exam: Rupees 200 (Exemptions for Female/SC/ST candidates)
NDA/NA II Exam: Rupees 100 (Exemptions for Female/SC/ST candidates and wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs)
Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, or internet banking of any bank.
