Following the announcement, the counselling portal has been activated, allowing applicants to choose between "Freeze," "Float," or "Exit" options based on their seat allotment. Candidates must complete this process and submit a confirmation fee of Rupees 20,000 by 1:00 PM on May 30, 2025. Failing to meet the deadline will result in cancellation of the current seat and exclusion from future counselling rounds.

First visit the official website.
Go to the ‘Notifications’ section
Click on the link titled ‘First Provisional Allotment List’
Select the relevant National Law University (NLU)

Post-Allotment Choices For Candidates
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 can opt for any of the following:
Freeze: Accept the offered seat and confirm admission.
Float: Accept the current offer but remain eligible for higher-preference seats in upcoming rounds.
Exit: Decline the seat and withdraw from the entire counselling process.
Note: To secure a seat, students must pay the Rupees 20,000 confirmation fee by the deadline. Inaction or delayed payment will result in forfeiture of the seat and disqualification from further rounds.
