The Maharashtra School Education and Sports Department has officially launched the registration process for First Year Junior College (FYJC) Admissions 2025 on May 21, 2025. Students aspiring to enroll in Class 11 can apply through the department’s centralized admission portal. The registration window will remain open until May 28, 2025.
For the first time, the admission process is being conducted entirely through a centralized online system, allowing students to choose between one and up to ten preferred junior colleges during the application.

Final Merit List: June 3, 2025 (4:00 PM)
Zero Round Allotment: June 5, 2025
College Allotment Announcement: June 6, 2025
Admission Period for Allotted Students: June 6–12, 2025

The FYJC admission drive is being held across 9,281 junior colleges, offering over 20 lakh seats in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. This initiative aims to streamline the admission procedure and ensure transparency through a unified digital platform.
