The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially announced the schedule for the RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Graduate Level Examination 2025. As per the notice released on May 13, 2025, the first phase of the Computer Based Test (CBT 1) will be conducted from June 5 to June 23, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the RRB NTPC exam can access the exam date notice on the respective regional RRB official websites.
Exam Pattern And Marking Scheme
The CBT 1 exam will be 90 minutes long and consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, distributed as follows:
General Awareness: 40 questions
Mathematics: 30 questions
General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 questions
Each question carries 1 mark, while 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response as part of the negative marking policy.
Selection Process
The RRB NTPC recruitment involves multiple stages, including:
1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 1)
2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 2)
Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (where applicable)
Document Verification and Medical Examination
Final selection is based strictly on merit, taking into account performance across these stages.
Important Exam Details
Exam City and Date Information: The link to check exam city and date, along with the travel pass for SC/ST candidates, will be made available 10 days before the exam on the respective RRB regional websites.
Admit Cards: E-call letters (admit cards) will be accessible 4 days before the scheduled exam date.

Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor: 1736 vacancies
Station Master: 994 vacancies
Goods Train Manager: 3144 vacancies
Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: 1507 vacancies
Senior Clerk cum Typist: 732 vacancies
