Description

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has officially announced the LTR Preliminary Examination Result 2024 for the TGT Arts category. The results were released on April 8, 2025, and are now available on the Commission’s official website.

Exam Overview

The preliminary examination was conducted in OMR mode on March 23, 2025, for the following posts:

  • TGT Arts

  • TGT Odia

  • TGT Science (PCM)

  • TGT Science (CBZ)

The exam included 100 objective-type questions, each carrying 1 mark, making the total marks 100. The duration of the test was 2 hours, and a negative marking of 0.25 marks was applicable for every incorrect response.

Candidates who took the exam can follow these steps to check their results:

  • First visit the official website.

  • Now click on the link on the homepage.

  • A PDF file will be downloaded to your device.

  • Open the file and search for your roll number in the list.

  • Download and print a copy for future reference.

Candidates who have cleared the preliminary exam are eligible to appear in the Main Examination, which is tentatively scheduled for the second half of June or July 2025.

This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 6025 teaching positions. The application window for the same was open from October 30 to November 29, 2024.
