The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the result of the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam for Group B and Group C posts can now check their results on the AIIMS exams official portal. This recruitment process is aimed at filling Group B and Group C vacancies across central government hospitals under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Steps To Download AIIMS CRE Result 2025
First visit the official website.
Now click on the link on the homepage.
Select the result link corresponding to your group code.
Check your result by entering your roll number.
The AIIMS CRE exam was conducted from February 26 to 28, 2025. The examination lasted 90 minutes and consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 400 marks. Each question had four options, with each correct answer earning four marks. The exam included 25 questions from General Knowledge, Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge, while the remaining 75 questions focused on the domain-specific content for each group.
AIIMS has also confirmed that there will be a negative marking of 1/4 marks for every incorrect answer.
In the admit card notification, AIIMS informed candidates that the admit cards were issued provisionally based on the details provided in the application forms, without verifying the eligibility criteria, category, experience, etc. The notification further stated that the candidature would be canceled if any discrepancies were found during the scrutiny at any stage.
Candidates are advised to retain a copy of their admit card for post-exam procedures.
