Description
On March 5, 2025, President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, officially launched the second edition of the Vividhta Ka Amrit Mahotsav at Rashtrapati Bhavan. This cultural festival celebrates India's diverse heritage by highlighting different regional cultures in separate editions. The focus of this edition is on the Southern states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, along with the Union Territories of Lakshadweep and Puducherry.
The festival provides a unique platform for artisans, performers, writers, and chefs to display their skills while offering the public a chance to explore the vibrant traditions, crafts, literature, and cuisines of South India.
