Candidates interested in applying for this internship opportunity can access the registration link via the official website. The registration window will remain open until March 12, 2025. The official notice on the website states, "The internship application period is now open until March 12th. Register, create your profile, and apply for opportunities across various sectors. There are no fees for registration or application.

This scheme operates independently from other existing schemes related to skill development, apprenticeships, internships, or student training programs being implemented by both State and Union Territories (UTs) of India. Candidates who have not previously applied can register using the following simple steps:
First visit the official website.
Now click on the link.
Complete the registration form and submit it.
Upon submission, a resume will be automatically generated based on the information provided.
Candidates can apply for up to five internship opportunities based on their preferences.
After completing the application, click "Submit" and download the confirmation page.
Save a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
The PM Internship Scheme has a duration of 12 months. Within this period, candidates are required to spend at least half of the time gaining practical work experience in a job environment, rather than in a classroom setting. The initial registration period was opened on October 12, 2024, and closed on November 15, 2024. This marks the second time that the Ministry has reopened the registration portal for candidates.
