The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a key advisory regarding the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025. According to the announcement, the registration process for NEET 2025 began on February 7 and will close on March 7 at 11:50 pm. The NTA has urged candidates to avoid waiting until the last minute to submit their applications to prevent any potential issues. "Candidates are encouraged to complete the process early to avoid any last-minute difficulties," the agency advised.

The NTA has also recommended that candidates regularly check the official websites, for the latest updates on NEET UG 2025.

The NEET UG 2025 exam is scheduled to take place on May 4, in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The results are expected to be announced on June 14.

The application fees for NEET UG are as follows:

• Rupees 1,700 for General candidates

• Rupees 1,600 for OBC-NCL and General-EWS candidates

• Rupees 1,000 for SC, ST, PwBD, and Third Gender category candidates

• Rupees 9,500 for candidates appearing from outside India

Once the application window closes, the NTA will allow candidates to make corrections to their forms between March 9 and March 11.

Intimation slips for exam cities will be released by April 26, and admit cards will be made available by May 1.

NEET UG is a national-level exam for admission to undergraduate medical courses, including MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Veterinary, Nursing, and Life Sciences programs. It is one of the largest entrance exams in India, with more than 23 lakh candidates participating in the exam last year.
