The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released mock tests for the CEN RPF 02/2024 (Constable) recruitment examination. Candidates can access these mock tests on the official RRB websites. These mock tests are designed to help candidates familiarize themselves with the exam format and question types, as well as provide an understanding of how the computer-based test will be conducted.
According to the tentative schedule, the RPF Constable exam is set to take place between March 2 and March 20, 2025.
The exam will last for 90 minutes, during which candidates will answer 120 questions, each worth one mark. There will be a negative marking of ? for incorrect answers, but unanswered questions will not receive any marks or result in deductions.
To qualify, candidates from the unreserved, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories must secure at least 35% marks, while SC and ST category candidates need a minimum of 30%. Those who clear the CBT will be eligible for subsequent stages, including the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and document verification (DV). RRBs will select candidates up to ten times the number of vacancies in each category, based on their performance in the CBT.
Candidates will be able to check their exam city, date, and download travel authority 10 days before the exam. Admit cards will be available four days prior to the exam date. Additionally, candidates must complete Aadhaar-linked biometric verification before entering the exam hall, and they should bring their original Aadhaar card or a printout of their e-verified Aadhaar for verification.
RRBs have also requested candidates to complete their Aadhaar verification, if not already done, by logging in with their credentials at rrbapply.gov.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 4,208 Constable positions. For more details, candidates should visit the RRB official websites.
