The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at IIT Madras has announced an extension for the MBA program application deadline to February 2, 2025. This two-year, full-time MBA program is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. IIT Madras highlighted that the program achieved a 100% placement rate in the previous academic year, with 37% of students receiving Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). For the 2024 batch, the highest salary package offered was Rupees 29.65 Lakh Per Annum (LPA), while the average salary for the top 25% of students was Rupees 21.89 LPA.
Professor M. Thenmozhi, Head of DoMS, IIT Madras, emphasized that the MBA program offers a dynamic and diverse learning environment, focusing on both foundational and specialized courses. It also strengthens students' techno-analytical skills and equips them with the necessary tools to tackle industry challenges.
