Description

The registration window for the SBI PO Recruitment 2024 exam has officially closed. Candidates who applied for the Probationary Officer positions will take the preliminary examination in March. According to the official schedule, the Phase-I: Online Preliminary Examination will take place on March 8 and 15, 2025.

Admit Card Availability

The admit cards for the preliminary examination will be available from the third to fourth week of February 2025, as per the official notification. Results for the preliminary exam are expected to be released in April 2025.

Exam Pattern

The Preliminary Examination will consist of an Objective Test worth 100 marks and will be conducted online with a total duration of one hour. The exam will have three sections, each with a specific time limit:

  • English Language - 40 questions, 20 minutes

  • Quantitative Aptitude - 30 questions, 20 minutes

  • Reasoning Ability - 30 questions, 20 minutes

There will be no sectional cut-off in the preliminary examination. According to the notification, candidates who rank among the top 10 times the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.

Important Dates

The original application deadline was January 16, 2025, but it was later extended to January 19, 2025.
