Description
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will close the application window for the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) 2024 on January 15, 2025. According to a recent statement, the board has already received a total of 11,42,107 applications by Monday evening. Out of these, 2,84,869 applications were for level one, and 7,66,805 applications were for level two. Additionally, 90,433 candidates have applied for both levels.
The RBSE has urged candidates to carefully review their application before submitting it and to ensure it is completed on time. RBSE Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma confirmed that candidates can apply for the REET 2024 via the official website, and must pay the examination fee as part of the application process. The application process will only continue after the fee has been paid.
Exam Fee
The exam fee for either level one or level two is Rupees 550. For those applying for both levels, the total fee will be Rupees 750. The board has emphasized that once the online application is submitted, no changes can be made. Candidates are encouraged to ensure all provided details are accurate and consistent with their records.
Exam Details
The REET 2024 will take place on February 27, 2025, in two separate shifts. The primary level (level 1) and upper primary level (level 2) exams will be held at different times. The first shift will run from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and the second shift will take place from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Sharma mentioned that the board has made strict security arrangements for the smooth conduct of the exam. CCTV cameras will be installed at exam centers, and special monitoring teams will be in place.
