Description
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the exam schedule for the CA May 2025 examinations. Candidates planning to appear for the exams can find the dates on the ICAI official website. The timetable includes dates for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses.
According to the schedule, the Foundation course exams will be conducted on May 15, 17, 19, and 21, 2025. For the Intermediate course, Group 1 exams are scheduled for May 3, 5, and 7, 2025, while Group 2 exams will take place on May 9, 11, and 14, 2025. The Final course exams for Group 1 will be held on May 2, 4, and 6, and Group 2 exams are set for May 8, 10, and 13, 2025.
The Foundation exams for Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, while Papers 3 and 4 will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. All Intermediate course papers will take place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Final course exams for Papers 1 through 5 will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Paper 6 will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The duration for Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation exam is 2 hours. Likewise, Paper 6 of the Final exam and all papers of the International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT-AT) are 4 hours long. The International Taxation – Assessment Test will be conducted on May 10 and 13, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
There will be no advance reading time for Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation exam and any of the Post Qualification Course exams. However, for all other papers, an advance reading time of 15 minutes will be provided from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM.
