Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has introduced three new certificate programs under its Continuing Education Programme (CEP) in partnership with TeamLease EdTech. The newly launched programs include the Chief Financial Officer Programme, the Executive Management Programme in Supply Chain and Operations Analytics, and the Executive Programme in Semiconductor Manufacturing and Technology.

These programs aim to address critical skill gaps, helping professionals advance in their careers while enhancing India’s position as a global leader in various industries, according to IIT Delhi.

Course Overview

  • Chief Financial Officer Programme - Led by Professor Shveta Singh, PFS Chair Professor and Chair of Finance at IIT Delhi’s Department of Management Studies, this program is designed for finance professionals aiming for leadership roles. It focuses on financial strategy, risk management, and digital integration. Participants will engage in hands-on projects, simulations, and data analytics tools to make informed decisions in today’s rapidly changing business landscape.

  • Executive Management Programme in Supply Chain and Operations Analytics - Directed by Professor Dr. Gourav Dwivedi, Assistant Professor at IIT Delhi's Department of Management Studies, this program caters to professionals looking to enhance their skills in the global supply chain sector. It covers data-driven techniques, strategic frameworks, and practical tools to solve real-world challenges. According to Professor Dwivedi, “This program bridges the gap between theory and practice, preparing participants to tackle complex supply chain issues with analytical expertise.”

  • Executive Programme in Semiconductor Manufacturing and Technology - Led by Professor Awanish Pandey, Assistant Professor at IIT Delhi's Optics and Photonics Centre, this course focuses on the specialized skills required in semiconductor fabrication and process technology. It is designed for professionals keen to advance in the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry.

The courses will be delivered through live, interactive online sessions in a Direct-to-Device (D2D) format, incorporating real-world case studies and assignments to provide practical, industry-relevant knowledge. TeamLease EdTech will serve as the technology partner to ensure smooth delivery of these programs.

Leadership Statements

Professor Manav Bhatnagar, Head of CEP/QIP/TEQIP at IIT Delhi, emphasized that the institute’s Continuing Education Programme is focused on providing industry-relevant courses that align with the modern workforce’s evolving skill demands. “With these innovative programs in Finance, Supply Chain, and Semiconductor Technology, we aim to empower professionals with advanced skills to lead in their respective fields and contribute to India’s growth across these critical sectors,” he said.
