Symbiosis International (Deemed) University has announced that candidates can now download their SLAT 2025 Personal Interaction (PI) round call letters starting from January 2, 2025. These call letters are available on the official website. Candidates can log in using their unique credentials (login ID and password) to access and download the call letters.
SLAT 2025 Personal Interaction (PI) Round
Candidates who have successfully cleared the SLAT 2025 exam will be invited for the Personal Interaction (PI) round, which plays a crucial role in the final selection process. Each Symbiosis Law School will conduct its own PI round, and the highest score achieved by a candidate will be considered in the final selection process.
SLAT 2025 Results
The results of the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2025 were announced on December 26, 2024. Both SLAT 1 and SLAT 2 exams were held online on December 13 and December 15, respectively. The SLAT exam is conducted for admission to the BA LLB and BBA LLB programs.
SLAT 2025 Counselling Process
After being selected for the Personal Interaction round, candidates will proceed with the counselling process. Here is an overview of the steps involved:
Step 1: Registration for Counselling and Payment of Fee
First visit the official websites of the respective Symbiosis Law Schools to check the counselling schedule and instructions.
Complete the online registration for counselling and pay the required fee.
Once registered, candidates will receive call letters for the PI-WAT rounds.
Step 2: Participate in PI Round
Candidates who have received their call letter can attend the Personal Interaction (PI) round.
During this round, a panel will assess the candidates' general awareness, legal knowledge, and other relevant topics.
Step 3: Merit List and Final Admission
Each law school will prepare a merit list based on both SLAT and PI scores.
Candidates who are shortlisted will need to confirm their admission by paying the required fee and completing all necessary formalities.
SLAT 2025 Selection Criteria
The final selection of candidates will be based on a combination of their SLAT and PI scores. The selection criteria for SLAT 2025 are as follows:
SLAT exam score: 70% of the total weight.
Personal Interaction (PI) score: 30% of the total weight.
Unlike previous years, where the SLAT exam contributed 50%, the Written Ability Test (WAT) was given 20%, and the PI round accounted for 30%, the WAT has now been removed from the selection process for SLAT 2025. The PI round will now carry a weightage of 30 marks. Therefore, the final selection will depend on the cumulative score from the SLAT exam and the Personal Interaction round.
