Tools For Capacity Building
The Viksit Panchayat Karmayogi initiative integrates various technological tools, including e-learning platforms, AI-powered chatbots, and mobile applications. These tools are designed to fill knowledge gaps and enhance service delivery within rural governance structures.

CPGRAMS Report And Grievance Redressal
The CPGRAMS Annual Report 2024 was unveiled, highlighting that the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) had resolved over 2.5 million grievances annually, reinforcing the government’s commitment to transparency and improving public service delivery.
Simplified Pension Application Process
A new digital pension application form was introduced, consolidating nine previous forms into a single, streamlined process. The new form allows for real-time tracking and utilizes Aadhaar-based e-signatures for added efficiency. Dr. Singh also highlighted the administration’s reforms since 2014, such as extended maternity benefits and the adoption of new technologies for pension processing. These measures reflect the government’s ongoing efforts to empower citizens and improve the governance process.
