Description
An internship allows aspiring professionals to not only acquire and polish key job abilities, but also earn crucial experience that will help them advance in their professions. It provides a practical platform for applying theoretical knowledge in the actual world, bridging the gap between academic education and professional job life.
NITI Aayog Internship
- The online application site is accessible from the 1st to the 10th of each month.
Undergraduate students who have finished or taken the end-of-semester test are eligible to apply for the NITI Aayog internship. Applicants must also have scored at least 85% in the Class 12 board test.
Postgraduate students who have finished their first or second semesters or are pursuing research/PhD can apply for the internship. These applicants must have scored 70% or above on their graduation exams.
Those who have appeared in the final examination or have recently completed a UG/PG degree and are awaiting admission to higher education may also be considered for the internship, provided that they have received 70% or more marks in all years/semesters of their degree course up to the date of application, and the period between the declaration of final results and the desired month of internship is no more than six months.
The internship will last at least six weeks, but no longer than six months. Students will get certificates after completing their internships.
Interns must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during their internship. Those who do not attend regularly will be ineligible for an extension or an internship certificate.
