The Indian School of Business (ISB) has introduced a 20-month Postgraduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) for high-potential candidates with up to two years of full-time work experience.

The full-time MBA equivalent residential management programme, which will begin in mid-2025, is designed to provide a holistic learning experience through an innovative and cutting-edge curriculum.

Furthermore, the research-based curriculum will feature basic business ideas as well as sophisticated technology, data, analytics courses, and global views to help students become inventive problem solvers, according to an ISB press statement.

The PGP YL programme will be taught by teachers from ISB and other top international business institutions.

It should be noted that students will be required to complete a two-month summer internship that will offer them with hands-on experience in a variety of business environments.

Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean of ISB, stated that the new PGP YL course is intended to prepare young professionals for tasks that demand both commercial acumen and deep experience in data and technology.

Furthermore, Professor Pilluta stated that the training would transform recent graduates and entry-level workers into extraordinary problem solvers and innovators in the workplace.

Documents Required For Application

Candidates must present a valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT score. They must also provide information about their educational background and any relevant professional experience.

Admission Process

It involves a personal interview based on academic quality, application essays, and test scores.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a panel of industry leaders, academics, and ISB alumni in senior roles.

Admission Fees

• The program price for academic year 2025-27 is Rupees 21,65,000 + GST.

• The accommodation fees Rupees 3,95,000.

• Scholarships will also be offered to 40-50% of the class based on merit and need criteria. Deserving candidates may be eligible for a full tuition fee waiver.
