Shriram Capital, the Shriram Group's holding business, has chosen Subhasri as its new Managing Director and CEO, beginning September 1. Subhasri, who previously served as Joint Managing Director, has played an important role in the organization since starting as an Officer in the NBFC business in 1991.

About Subhasri

She is a Fellow of both the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. She previously served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Shriram City Union Finance (now Shriram Finance) and Joint Managing Director of Shriram Capital Pvt Ltd.

Her Dedication To The New Role

Subhasri stated her dedication to the new post, saying, "Together, with the support of our talented colleagues in the Group, I am confident that we will achieve new milestones and continue to serve our customers with excellence." Subhasri, who is now the Joint Managing Director, will take on the additional responsibility of CEO and MD.
