Opening Ceremony Highlights
Ambani conducted a traditional lamp-lighting process during India House's grand inauguration event, which took place the day after the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. Ser Miang Ng (IOC Committee member), PT Usha (President, Indian Olympic Association), Jawed Ashraf (Indian Ambassador to France), Jay Shah (BCCI Honorary Secretary), and Abhinav Bindra (Olympic Gold Medalist) were among the notable guests.
Cultural Showcase And Activities
India House, located in Parc de la Villette in the Park of Nations, will be open every day from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm from July 27 to August 11. The facility provides an immersive experience through yoga sessions, cultural seminars, traditional crafts, and unique events such as panel debates and celebrations of Indian athletes' successes. The inauguration ceremony featured Bollywood artist Shaan performing traditional Indian music and visually handicapped youngsters demonstrating Mallakhamb.
