Description
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the amended date sheet for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET 2024). The MBA and MCA examinations have been rescheduled for August 4. On July 27, registered candidates can get their admit cards from the official website.
The exam, which was originally slated to take place between July 5 and 10, was postponed to avoid clashing with some institutions final semester university exams. To download their KEA PGCET 2024 admit card from the official website, students must have their login credentials, which include their application number and password generated on the registration portal.
According to the official notice of KEA, “PGCET-2024 will be conducted on 04-08-2024 for MBA and MCA courses as per the following revised timetable. Candidates, who have registered, applied and paid the fees for PGCET-2024, have to download the Admission Tickets from KEA Website on or after 27-07-2024 and appear for the exam”.
The PGCET exam for MBA and MCA courses will be held in two shifts on August 4, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, with a question paper having 100 questions and a maximum score of 100.
Furthermore, the amended examination dates for ME and MTech courses will be announced shortly. While successful GATE 2024 candidates can register for MTech admission without appearing in the KEA PGCET 2024 exam.
The entrance exam will check the candidate's general knowledge, analytical ability, logical thinking, computer awareness, quantitative analysis, and English language skills.
