The Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM-R) has admitted the 15th batch of its flagship postgraduate curriculum (MBA program). The batch, which includes representatives from 24 states and union territories, contains 73% female candidates. The batch's candidates also represent a great mix of graduates from a variety of disciplines, including engineering, science, commerce, management, arts, law, design, architecture, pharmacy, and journalism.
A significant number of candidates admitted to the batch have valuable work experience at various levels for prestigious corporate organizations such as Accenture, Bank of America, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young LLP, HCL Technologies, Infosys, KPMG, NatWest Group, Oracle Financial Services Software, PwC, Reliance Jio Infocomm, Samsung, TATA Steel Ltd., TCS, Wipro, and others.
On June 29 and 30, IIM Rohtak held an induction ceremony to welcome and sensitize the incoming class. The occasion was attended by a number of distinguished individuals, including Shatrujeet Kapur, DGP of Haryana, Nidhi Khare, Secretary, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, and Gen. A. K. Singh (PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM) (Retd.), former Governor of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Puducherry. Prof. Dheeraj Sharma chaired the ceremony and welcomed the dignitaries and students.
