Description
The online reporting and fee payment for the first merit list of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2024 will close on June 24. Candidates who were given seats in the first round must confirm them by reporting online, paying the requisite money, and submitting the documents by 5:00 pm on the official website.
On June 20, the initial list of admissions to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other government-funded technical institutes was announced.
Following the seat allocation results, all selected candidates must report online to confirm their seats.
This year's JoSAA counselling will be conducted in five rounds. The round 2 seat allocation results are planned to be released on June 27. The third list will be released on July 4, the fourth on July 10, and the fifth on July 17.
After all rounds of JoSAA are completed, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will conduct two rounds of counselling for the remaining seats in the NIT+ system (NITs, IIITs, IIESTs, and other GFTIs).
CSAB counselling will take place between July 17 and July 24. Interested candidates can find more information at csab.nic.in.
