General Instructions:

1. No experience is necessary to apply for the above posts.

2. Before submitting the application, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility criteria prescribed in this advertisement. The candidature will be purely provisional, subject to eligibility and verification before/after his/her appointment in AAI.

3. All correspondence regarding this recruitment will be done on the registered email ID. Candidates are requested to regularly check their emails/AAI website for any communication from AAI.

4. Candidates are required to submit an affidavit in case of any discrepancy in the name of self, parents or address etc. in any required document.

5. A temporary correspondence address should not be mentioned as a permanent address to avoid any loss in receiving communication at any level.

6. The decision of the AAI Management regarding eligibility criteria, acceptance or rejection of applications, method of selection for the post etc. will be final and irrevocable. Mere fulfillment of minimum qualification and other eligibility criteria will not confer any right on the candidates to be called for application verification.

7. No correspondence from candidates found ineligible and not called for application verification or non-selection will be entertained.

8. AAI will not bear any liability on account of pay/leave salary/pension contribution etc. of previous employment of any candidate already working in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertaking.

9. Information on AAI website only: All correspondence with candidates will be through e-mail and all general information/subsequent changes, if any, made in the recruitment advertisement will be provided only through the AAI website www.aai.aero. Will be done. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to receive, download and print the call letter for verification of application/offer of appointment/any other information. If a candidate fails to access his/her mail/website in time then AAI will not be responsible for any loss of email sent due to invalid/incorrect email ID provided by the candidate or due to delay/non-receipt of information. . Therefore, candidates are advised to regularly visit their email account/AAI website for further updates.

10. In case of violation of any process by the candidate or if any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in this advertisement, the candidature of such registered candidates will be rejected . Education at any level, recruitment process or even after recruitment/joining. If such instances are not detected during the ongoing selection process, but are detected subsequently, such disqualification will be with retrospective effect.

11. Jurisdiction of any dispute will be in Delhi.

12. No queries seeking advice on eligibility will be entertained.

13. The decision of AAI in respect of all matters relating to this recruitment will be final and irrevocable for all candidates.

14. AAI reserves the right to modify/change/restrict/enlarge/cancel the recruitment process if necessary, without issuing any further notice or assigning any further notice/reason thereafter. The decision of AAI Management will be final and no appeal will be entertained in this regard.

15. AAI reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility standards as well as to fill or not fill all or any of the above vacancies without assigning any reason.

16. No separate communication will be issued regarding results except to the selected candidates.

17.The possibility of some problem in the administration of recruitment cannot be completely ruled out, which may affect the selection process. In that case, every possible effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include cancellation of recruitment if considered necessary.

18. In case of any dispute in the advertisement, the English version of the detailed advertisement available on the website of AAI will be considered valid. Any interim inquiry or correspondence will not be entertained.
