The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) School of Agriculture is introducing a Master of Business Administration (Agribusiness Management) program with the goal of preparing competent business professionals to strengthen the agricultural industry and farmers' economies.
This new programme aims to train business experts to manage agricultural enterprises and agro-based industries profitably. The programme lasts two years and can be completed in up to four years. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any area are eligible to apply for the MBA Agribusiness Management program.
The MBAABM programme at IGNOU develops managerial skills while also providing need-based education, increasing efficiency and producing more livelihoods and profitability in the agriculture sector, hence improving the socioeconomic situations of individuals participating in agribusiness.

The Master of Business Administration (Agribusiness Management) program at IGNOU consists of comprehensive courses designed to provide students with a diverse set of management and agribusiness abilities.
