Hygiene behaviors such as cleaning your hands thoroughly, being cautious when preparing meals, and boiling water are critical for preventing viral transmission. Portable water filters, such as RO systems, are effective at removing many impurities, but they cannot remove viruses. Boiling water is the greatest approach to get clean water.
