The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has released the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) SAY/Improvement examination schedule. The Kerala SSLC SAY/Improvement exam will take place from May 28 to June 6. SAY or Improvement exams are administered to students who have failed one or more subjects.

Students who appeared in the Kerala Class 10 board examinations this year and want to enhance their marks in specific subjects are eligible to enroll for the SSLC SAY exams 2024.
This year, 4,25,563 students passed the Kerala SSLC exam, with an overall success rate of 99.69 percent. The total pass percentage has decreased by 0.01 percent this time, compared to 99.7 percent the previous year. According to Sivankutty, Kottayam revenue district had the highest pass rate (99.92%), while Thiruvananthapuram had the lowest (99.08%).

To pass the Kerala SSLC 2024, students must score at least 35 percent on each paper and in the aggregate. To sit for the SSLC SAY examinations in 2024, students who appeared for the Kerala Class 10 board exams must complete the application form and pay the necessary fees.
