IIM Kashipur had around 70% female representation in MBA analytics

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur recorded 69 per cent female candidates in its MBA Analytics course for batch 2023-25. From a total seat of 170, the Institute enroled 118 female candidates. This is an increase from only 74 female candidates enrolled for the previous batch.

The rise in female enrollment has been witnessed for all the programs on campus. It surged to 30 per cent for the 2021-23 batch, which enrolled only 11 per cent female students for the previous batch (2019-21). IIM Kashipur recently conducted its 11 convocation ceremony.

During the convocation ceremony, Yezdi Nagporewalla, CEO of KPMG India, gave a total of ten medals to students for their outstanding academic performance, five of which were gold, four silver, and one bronze.

This year's convocation saw 438 students receive degrees, including 232 MBA graduates, 87 MBA Analytics graduates, 83 EMBAA graduates, and 21 Executive MBA graduates. In addition, 15 doctoral scholars get their degrees. Additionally, Sandeep Singh indicated that they intend to expand their Dehradun Campus.
