Vinay Kumar Has Been Named The Next Ambassador Of India To Russia

Vinay Kumar, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the 1992 batch, has been chosen India's next ambassador to Russia. Kumar is now serving as India's Ambassador to Myanmar. According to a statement from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Kumar is anticipated to begin his new duty in Moscow shortly.
