The Tower’s Inauguration And Construction Journey
The Bapu Tower's construction, which began on October 2, 2018, has been extended numerous times beyond its original completion deadline. Finally constructed, the tower will be inaugurated on February 4, 2024, as a light of Gandhian ideas and source of inspiration for future generations.
The Bapu Tower's building cost is Rs 129 crore, which represents a major commitment in conserving and promoting Mahatma Gandhi's legacy.
