According to the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, 1467 National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) projects have been brought under the Bhoomi Rashi Portal.

About Bhoomi Rashi Portal

•  It is a Ministry of Road Transport and Highways e-Government initiative.

• The portal aims to speed up the process of acquiring land for National Highways.

• It serves as a centralized platform for online processing of land acquisition notifications in order to expedite highway infrastructure development projects in India.

• This site would improve the efficiency of the land acquisition process, provide openness and accountability, and result in the immediate transfer of benefits to the recipients' accounts.
