Teams use this money to assemble the best team possible, which includes both capped and uncapped Indian players as well as overseas players. The laws require teams to spend at least 75% of their earnings on players, even if they are not required to spend the entire Rupees 100 crore. The top five players on a squad may receive anywhere from 30 to 40% of the money.
