AIBE XVIII and CLAT PG Exam Schedules Collide

Description

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVIII dates have just been updated by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The exam will now be held on the same day as the Common Law Entrance Test (CLAT) under the revised schedule. Many candidates are requesting that the AIBE XVIII exam 2023, which is set for December 3, be rescheduled because it conflicts with the CLAT LLM 2024.

AIBE XVIII will be administered on paper at test centers located in 50 cities across the country. Candidates must select one of three exam centers of their choice. AIBE XVIII (question paper 2023) will contain 100 multiple-choice questions. The exam will be given to law graduates in order for them to obtain the Certificate of Practice (CoP) to practice law.

Eligibility Criteria For AIBE XVIII Exam 2023

Before applying for the AIBE XVIII exam, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements. A graduate degree in law (3-year LLB and 5-year LLB) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India is required, according to the criteria given. In addition, there is no age limit for appearing the AIBE exam. Law graduates must have a current enrollment certificate. They must pass the AIBE exam within two years of enrolling in either of the state bar councils.
