Candidates should have passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course). OR Passed Two years Vocational Course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course), Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR passed two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

General Instructions:

1. Candidates will be required to indicate five choices of Examination Center for STAR Online Examination and twelve choices of ASC for Phase-II in order of preference while filling the Online Application Form. However, CASB reserves the right to allot any center other than those mentioned in the application.

2. Request for change of examination center or date of selection test will not be entertained.

3. Candidates not reporting for the test on the appointed date and time will not be accommodated on other dates/shifts.

4. Duplicate/incomplete/wrongly filled applications will be rejected.

5. Candidates should be ready to stay under their own arrangements for the entire duration of the test. No TA/DA will be admissible.

6. Candidates are required to provide an active e-mail ID which will be used by CASB for all communication up to the conclusion of the entire selection process and nomination for Special Admission. It is also advised to keep the e-mail ID and password safe for all future communication.

7. A candidate is required to apply only once in response to this advertisement.

8. Candidature of candidates applying more than once against this advertisement and obtaining different registration numbers will be rejected.
