Description
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will shortly release the exam calendar for all entrance exams on its Official website. This calendar will feature the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) exam dates for the future year's session 1. According to media reports, the JEE Main 2024 for session 1 would most likely be held in February. However, no official notification has been issued by the NTA.
When the NTA announces the JEE Main 2024 dates, the registration window will open for candidates. JEE Main is a national-level engineering entrance exam administered twice a year for admission to NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), as well as institutions/universities recognized by participating state governments.

Eligibility To Register For JEE Main 2024
Age Limit - There are no age limits for applying to JEE Main.
Qualifying Exam - Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent examinations from a recognized board to be eligible for JEE Main.
Subjects required - Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject, or any other subject.
Candidates were also liberated of the necessity to appear in both sessions in 2023. Instead, candidates who choose to compete in numerous sessions had their best JEE Main results used to compile merit lists and rankings.
