The University of Calcutta has begun accepting applications for the BA. LLB degree. Eligible candidates can apply for the CU BA LLB application form 2023 on the official website. They should keep in mind that the application deadline for the program is July 26, 2023. The entrance exam is scheduled for the last week of July. Candidates can make changes to their CU BA LLB application form 2023 between July 31 and August 3, 2023, according to the official schedule.

Fees Details

The application fee for CU BA LLB is Rupees 500 for general category candidates. The entrance exam fee is Rupees 250 for candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Person with Disability (PwD) categories.

Calcutta University Admission 2023: Check Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board.

• General candidates must have a minimum of 45 percent in their best four subjects (excluding WBCHSE environmental studies).

• SC/ST/Disabled (disability 40% or more): A minimum of 40% in the best four subjects (excluding WBCHSE environmental studies).

• Candidates from boards other than the WBCHSE, ISC, CBSE, Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya, and NIOS must get a "equivalence certificate" from the University of Calcutta's Registrar's office.
