Description

The revised schedule for online pre-admission 2023 has been issued by the University of Mumbai. According to the revised timeline, the online verification of documents and payment of fees for the Mumbai University first merit list is due by June 27, 2023, at 3:00 pm. In an official statement, the university directed all colleges to adhere to the new admission schedule. 

All admissions to first-year degree programs and academic activities shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions and guidelines of the NEP 2020 issued by the GoM, UoM, and UGC. Candidates will be admitted based on the sanctioned intake. The university has also informed the principals of the associated colleges in arts, science, and commerce, as well as the director of the university sub-campuses (Thane, Kalyan, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg), about the revised admission schedule.

Mumbai University First Merit List 2023

Previously, the University of Mumbai and its affiliated colleges released the MU first merit list of Hinduja College of Commerce, KC College, St. Xavier's College, Saraf College, Kirti College, and other colleges. Candidates who have enrolled for admissions to various UG programmes provided by associated colleges can access the Mumbai University first merit list via the official website and the college websites. The Mumbai University merit list 2023 is compiled using the candidates' final qualifying examination scores.
